Year-End Potluck Networking
We welcome all those who have landed and those in job transitions this month. This month’s meeting will be a festive, open networking event celebrating all your successes, big and small. Come tell us what you’ve been up to and perhaps you can “pay it forward” to someone in need of your support into the new year. We want to hear your advice and strategies You are the inspiration to someone currently in a transition and your presence just might get them to step out of their comfort zone or try something new.
And if you are on the fence about coming, just come! This could be the event that you identify someone with the inside scoop or a contact in a particular company on your target list. You can try out your new “elevator pitch” in a casual environment. Or, you might even be the person with the knowledge to make some aspect of someone else’s job search easier.

About Career Support Group at St. Gregory the Great (CSGSGG)
The Career Support Group has a unique proposition – “where job seekers and jobholders are part of an organization where they can learn, network, and connect with one another.” That is a large part why we have has been successful for nearly seven years. Those who have landed are appreciative at having been able to network, practice interviewing skills, or dialogue without judgment with those currently employed. Sometimes it takes a village to hold a hand, lend an ear, or be come an advocate for those seeking a new position.
