Negotiate Your Salary at Every Step of the Process featuring Abby Kohut (Absolutely Abby)
NEGOTIATE YOUR SALARY AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS at Career Support Group
Salary negotiations are known to create anxiety for most people. But you know, the best day of your job search is the day you receive the call that your favorite company wants to offer you the job. At this point, most people are all about “Show Me the Money!” However, in order to get to that special day and your desired salary, a number of other steps need to be completed successfully,
Join national job search guru Abby Kohut, also known as Absolutely Abby, to position yourself in order to attain the highest salary possible. She will examine “the money” at all the stages of the job search process: the search, the application, the phone screen, the interview, the offer, and the counter offer.
Because most people will change jobs at least 3 times during their career, this is a “must do” presentation. It is also ideal for recent graduates, those re-entering the job force, and those considering a job change. If you don’t want to leave any money on the table, then you “absolutely” don’t want to miss this event!
This event begins at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 18th, 2017. All Career Support Group monthly meetings are open to the public and there is no cost to participate. Doors will open at 8:15 a.m. There will be an opportunity to network afterwards so bring your personal business cards.
The meeting will be held at St. Gregory the Great Academy, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, New Jersey, 08690. We will meet in the school cafeteria – please use the school entrance in the middle of the building. Additional information can be found at www.careersupportgroup.org including directions.
